Winter is a beautiful season when the mountains shine above the valley in their white-peaked glory; the rivers sparkle with clear blue ice; and the warmth of a ski chalet beckons wraps you in its cozy embrace.

- Ideal for beginner to intermediate level cross-cross country skiers, you’ll receive personalized coaching in:
- Cross country ski technique and efficiency – classic technique, skate technique or both.
- Ski and equipment selection and fit.
- Waxing and equipment maintenance – for minimalists to wax-lovers.
- Twice daily yoga and meditation practise by the cozy fire and sunrise beams in our special house-studio. Sequences will enhance lung power, core strength and relaxation.
- Yoga flow practise and postures for your mat at home.
- Meditation and mindful yoga practise.
- Breathing to expand lung capacity and exercise ease.
